Let’s Sing is back every Thursday morning in Arus Lorcain from March.

For just €5 a week, sing a variety of songs, old and new, in a fun, non-competitive atmosphere.

The Arklow Craft Fair takes place on the first Saturday and Sunday of every month from 12pm to 6pm at the Bridgewater Shopping Centre.

Arklow Craft Fair organizers are excited to now open the Arklow Farmers Market.

This takes place every Thursday from 9am to 2pm in and around the Bridgewater Shopping Center

The first market featured fresh fish, a bakery and the Saltrock Dairy, as well as local producers from the craft fair.


Based in Arklow, East Coast Samaritans provide emotional support to their callers through phone calls and email. You can be reached around the clock on 116 123.

With usual fundraising on hold due to Covid-19, East Coast Samaritans have set up a GoFundMe page to raise funds for the group.

Junior park run

Arklow junior parkrun takes place every Sunday morning at 9.30am at the duck pond. This is a junior only 2K event between the ages of four and 14 years old.

Viking Special Olympics Club

Arklow Vikings Special Olympics Club resumes training sessions at the Leisure Center.

Through sport, Arklow Vikings has helped athletes grow physically and emotionally by making new friends, pursuing their dreams, and knowing they can fit in.

We could not offer this wonderful service without our volunteers and trainers. There are many roles in our club that we need help with, from administrative roles to health and safety officers and PR.

Grow Mental Health’s Arklow Community Group is holding face-to-face meetings weekly in a new location on Mondays at 10am at the Bridge Christian Community Centre, 1A Wexford Rd.

Everyone is welcome to attend the meetings, which are about positive mental health, well-being and recovery. Participation in the sessions is free of charge.
